EJA has been involved in the Darwin Waterfront since the project’s inception. We initially carried out a comprehensive contour and feature survey and then assisted contractors in the construction of the wavepool, hotels, Convention Centre, residential towers and commercial precinct. EJA’s knowledge of NT legislation and titling options was also utilised in the development of multi-tiered unit title schemes.
