EJA has been involved with nearly all the major land subdivision projects in the Top End of the NT since it began operations in the early 1980’s.

As well as providing comprehensive town planning and engineering set-out services on the subdivisions, EJA has developed highly efficient surveying and plan and document preparation services to expedite the issue of titles.

Also assisting in expediting title issue is the fact that EJA has Accredited Survey Plan Examiner (ASPE) status with the Department of Infrastructure Planning and Logistics (DIPL). This means we can examine our own survey plans in a timely manner prior to lodgement with the Surveyor General.
