EJA worked with the developers on the design of the Dundee Beach development, and then provided the direction for the establishment of the first roads in the area. Dundee Beach, a premier weekender fishing retreat has since developed into a major tourist and fishing attraction. To service the ever increasing demand, the boat ramp and rock groyn at the Lodge of Dundee were extended and EJA played an integral part in the construction, contending with extreme tides and weather conditions.
