Breezes Muirhead, located in Darwin’s northern suburbs, is a National award winning, master planned community. EJA has been involved since the project’s inception and carried out a comprehensive site survey that has informed all the engineering and town planning design. EJA was engaged by the civil contractors to provide all the engineering set-out services and then by the developer, Defence Housing Australia (DHA) to carry out the final cadastral survey and arrange for the registration of the new titles.
